(II) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SOUTHERN SUDANESE PEOPLE AND REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS OF OTHER NATIONALITIES; AND (III) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOUTHERN SUDANESE PEOPLE AND REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS OF OTHER NATIONALITIES.
